1. scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern all subscriptions, purchases and events of Seazen GmbH. By making a purchase or booking, you accept the following terms and conditions.
2. subscriptions and duration
Seazen GmbH subscriptions are available as a one-year or two-year subscription and include four issues per year. Payment is made in advance for the entire subscription period. A pro rata refund in the event of premature termination is excluded.
The subscription is automatically extended by the originally selected term if it is not canceled or paused in due time. The term and subscription type can be adjusted at any time in the personal profile account.
3. termination and pause
Cancellation or pausing can be done at any time via the personal profile account. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current term. In the event of a pause, the subscription is suspended until reactivation; issues already paid for do not expire.
4. scope of delivery
Subscribers receive four issues per year, starting with the current or next available edition. Shipping takes place within Switzerland and the European Union.

The magazines are sent by post. Seazen GmbH accepts no liability for delays or delivery problems caused by postal service providers. Changes to the delivery address must be updated in the profile at least 14 days before dispatch.

If an event is canceled or postponed, tickets remain valid or can be refunded on request. The publisher reserves the right to make changes to the content and organization of the programme.

Personal data is used exclusively for the processing of shipping, communication and administration. Data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract.
Photos and videos may be taken during the Travel Talks. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event team or the photographer on site.
